INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON LINE ORDERING
1. Log onto www.mythirtyone.com/lanieperry.
2. To view a catalog, click on the “View Our Catalog”
tab.
3. When you are ready to order, click on the “My
Parties” tab.
4. Under the “My Parties” tab, find the name Dee
Perry and click on the “Shop Now” link to the right
of her name.
5. Follow the instructions to place an order.
6. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address.
Your sales tax rate will be: 8.5%
7. All orders will be shipped to Dee Perry – if you
want them shipped directly to you, make sure to
check the box indicating you want separate
shipping – a $4.00 fee will be charged for separate
shipping. (Also, as indicated above, if a different
shipping address is used, the sales tax will change.
The website will suggest different tax rates when
you enter the zip code for shipping.)
8. You can pay by credit or debit card when ordering
on line. All cash orders should be given to Dee
Perry.
